Defective Products
* If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect and has no physical damage, WOWTEK may repair, replace, or exchange the item during the warranty period.
* Replacement or exchange decisions will be made after inspection by our technical team.
Refund Process
* All refund and warranty claims are subject to product inspection.
* Customers must provide the original invoice/receipt as proof of purchase.
* Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.
